Description

Casa Austria is a 2 bedroom townhouse in the center of the town of Praia da Luz, close to local restaurants and amenities.

The front door leads into the hall with cabinet. A tall mirror lines the right wall.

The wooden fitted kitchen has oven, hob, microwave, fridge, coffee maker and a double sink unit with drainer and the walls are lined with Portuguese style tiling. A window above the sink overlooks the small patio. An arched bar looks into the dining area of the living room.

The round wooden dining table at the back of the living room seats four people.

The living room has an L-shape sofa and another chair with a coffee table between the two. A unit with TV (Portuguese and Austrian channels only) stands beside the open corner fireplace. French doors lead onto the balcony with a small table and chairs provided for outside dining.

The staircase leads to the ground floor of the house that has a full bathroom with bath, shower, toilet, bidet and hand basin with a mirror above.

The bedrooms each have twin beds with bedside tables and lamps and double fitted wardrobes. Both rooms have French doors leading onto terraces, one at the back and one at the front.

The large roof terrace provides beautiful views of the sea and of the town of Luz. There is a built-in BBQ and a table and chairs have been provided for “al fresco” dining.
