Holidays in El Cotillo will always be remembered. Having white sandy lagoons, amazing surf beaches. Still very unspoilt (but hurry before the developers change it) El Cotillo appears to have its own ‘micro climate’ and appears to have more sun that other parts of the island.‘Paradise Surf’ is ideal for couples wanting to stay somewhere different. Approached by a private entrance leading via a flight of stairs to one of 2 private and fully tiled terraces. This first terrace has been equipped with surfboard storage rack and hose for cleaning down those surfboards. Leading into a spacious newly furnished modern ‘Moorish style’ comfortable living area designed to bring the outside – inside. The spacious fully fitted kitchen/dining room leads off from the living room. Where you can find plenty of storage space and all the normal appliances including ceramic hob & fridge/freezer. From both the lounge and kitchen windows glimpses of the days surf are visible and is only a short walk away.Fully tiled shower room and one of the double bedrooms are on this level. Both having plenty of storage, and superbly furnished. The second double bedroom is on the next level and again superbly fitted out and furnished. This double bedroom has patio doors leading out into fully tiled and private terrace with view over the village and surf beaches.El Cotillo is the best place to stay for surfers and beach lovers. To the right of the village are the famous lagoons of Playa de Los Lagos and lighthouse. Along this road are many calm bays ideal for snorkling or just lazy about on the beach all day. From the Lighthouse there are coastal sand tracks leading around the north peninsular of the island to other surf areas such as Majanicho, and to the left miles of surf beaches starting with Playa de Esquinzo. Some can only be approached by 4-wheel drive on dusty tracks that take you as far as Tindaya and beyond.El Cotillo has a few superbly stocked supermarkets and cafés and restaurants, all within walking distance. Approximately 12km from the centre of Corralejo. With frequent bus and taxi service.

Living Room: Light and airy this inside-out living area has a modern ‘Moorish’ feel about it, with amazing lighting. Large Patio doors leading out into the large private and enclose entrance terrace area.
Utility Room: Washing machine situated in the upper bathroom.
Cleaning Linen and towels are provided and are laundered once per week. The property is cleaned once per week. Additional services are available (mid-week clean and laundry, daily maid service).
Amenities: This is ideal accommodation for surfers/beach lovers as it is situated only a short walk from the beach amenity. El Cotillo is largely unspoilt and as yet does not have lively nightlife. ‘Chilling out’ is considered compulsory in El Cotillo. There is no television in this duplex. There are several tapas/bakery bars within this private complex.
