The villa has its own, private, 5m x 3m swimming pool (which is acclimatised during the winter months) and an outside shower.

The 5 star Hesperia Hotel, located close by, offers an excellent variety of restaurants and spa facilities. The centre of the marina, with its choice of bars and restaurants, is only a few minutes walk along the seafront promenade. Excursions and fishing trips are also available from the marina.
