Apartment Acácias is on the 2nd floor of the Acácias building (there is a lift), situated approx. 10 minutes' walk to the beach and local amenities. It is front facing and has stunning sea views and also overlooks the well finished shared pool and sunbathing area, including sun beds for each apartment and a children’s pool.

The entrance hall leads to the right into the living room with a dining area at the back seating six people. It has a two and a three seater sofa, coffee table, TV with freeview channels and a DVD player. The patio doors lead onto a balcony with a stunning view of the sea and of Black Rock in Luz, and outside dining for 6 people.

The kitchen has a back door also leading onto the front facing balcony. On the left side are floor to ceiling different sized fitted cupboards which hide the fridge/freezer and microwave. The oven has been placed in the middle high off the floor. The kitchen has a light cream and chrome finish. It is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, washing machine, double sink and drainer, gas hob with extractor, marble surfaces and plenty of storage.

A full bathroom is just off the hall with bath, shower, toilet, bidet and hand basin with a mirror above.

The master bedroom at the end of the hall has a dressing area with wardrobes and an en-suite shower room with toilet, hand basin and mirror above. The bedroom has a double bed, bedside drawers with lamps, chest of drawers with a large mirror.

The second bedroom is a twin room with bedside drawers and lamps, double wardrobes and chest of drawers with mirror.
Both of the bedrooms are front facing and overlook the pool and the sea.
